The election for this year has been the closest one in the history of Presidential elections.

John Kerry and George Bush are almost completely tied on who will win the race for President

The election this year is so close that it all depends on the 3 battleground states, Ohio, Florida, and Pennsylvania, were close. Bush got two of the three states, Ohio and Florida.
 
There were three undecided states, Hew Hampshire, Iowa, and New Mexico.
